SITAL d.o.o. constantly takes care of the most important segment of the company – our employees. We make every effort to provide our employees with a safe and healthy working environment. Aware that only effective management of risks to health and safety at work reduces the possible occurrence of accidents at work as well as occupational diseases, and thus reducing any possible expenses regarding various compensations, we have introduced the Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS 18001.

Licence G and H for performing works on those categories of constructions
October 2012 – In addition to these certificates, since 26 October 2012 we have also owned the License G and H, which represents an approval for the construction of buildings from the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Construction, as follows: “Consent for the group G buildings and for performing works on this group of buildings“, as well as ”the consent for the H.1 group of building constructions for performing certain works (reinforcing the concrete, metal works, wood works and masonry, as well as repairing, reinforcement and corrosion protection with surface preparation)”.

On 9 November 2012, the Croatian Society for Quality awarded SITAL d.o.o. with the Charter for promoting and applying quality in the Croatian economy for small businesses
